"Come on board!" A recruiting guerrilla campaign creates a great stir

Capco is one of the leading business consultancies in the financial sector. In order to be perceived as a relevant employer among potential applicants, mama marketing staged the "Come on board" campaign. In the immediate vicinity of the competitors in Frankfurt and Dusseldorf, we brought in a twenty-meters-long yacht in full Capco branding. As a call-to-action we handed out scratch cards with raffle codes to guide the target group to the microsite www.kommanbord.net.
